Working with Erica was nothing short of amazing. She is so positive and enthusiastic but also knows when to buckle down to business. Anytime I gave her a task I needed help with I knew it would be executed well and with the most professionalism and efficiency. I can’t tell you enough how hard it is to find truly reliable vendors who go above and beyond. Erica is truly that and more. Erica’s goal is for you and your partner to have the best wedding day ever. The end. She always puts her clients first and foremost above everything else and was such a joy to work with! I always knew Erica had my back and truly became a friend of ours through the ups and downs of the wedding process. She always called to check in and see how we were doing, always followed up with any questions or concerns we had, came up with some creative solutions to challenging problems, and knew the details of our wedding inside and out. She was so vital to our wedding day and our wedding vision. We are so grateful we got to work with Erica! We can’t recommend her enough.

Erica was outstanding. We truly could not have done it without her. She is incredibly organized which made planning for the wedding day fairly easy. Her detailed spreadsheets are user friendly and easy to understand, and they encompass everything necessary to plan the wedding day. She did a wonderful job of providing guidance when necessary but also giving us space to make our decisions about how we wanted our wedding day to be. My family and the bridal parties were extremely impressed by her, as well, and I got numerous comments about how well she did running our wedding ceremony rehearsal and how organized and efficient she was for the setup of our venue. Our wedding was DIY and had to be both setup and broken down on the day of our wedding—quite a logistical challenge. Erica made sure that we had everything planned out and then took over in executing the plans so that we were able to enjoy the wedding day, feeling relaxed and knowing that everything we had planned out was being taken care of by Erica. She encountered several challenges over the course of the day that she handled on her own, so that my husband and I were not stressed by anything on our wedding day, and to us it seemed that the day ran perfectly smoothly. She has a great positive, can-do energy about her that is infectious. She is a pleasure to work with.

Dessie came to our rescue when our florist fell through a month before our wedding. Dessie did all of the flowers for our wedding day and she did an amazing job! I loved my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid’s bouquets were gorgeous as well. Her attention to detail in decorating the tables and adding eucalyptus throughout the venue made the wedding venue look beautiful.

Erica was fantastic throughout the entire process and put our minds at ease, starting from the first phone call. On the other hand, Dessie has a natural talent for design and color that when paired with her instinctive creativity, beautiful decor and flower arrangements are the result. I gave Dessie a general idea of the look and feel I wanted for my decorations, and she took it and brought it to life in a way that far exceeded my expectations. I heard multiple comments of how well run and decorated my wedding was, and that is what every bride hopes to hear. I honestly do not know what I would have done without E33’s wedding coordinating services! I had a custom package, and Erica helped coordinate my bridal shower, and my destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico. Having my wedding at a resort, I had an on-site coordinator to help me organize some details, but the resort coordinator did not handle anything that had to do with outside vendors, my guests, and several other things that I did not even know I had to think about until Erica made me aware.

Erica has impeccable organization skills, significant attention to detail, and the sweetest personality. She was always ten steps ahead of me, so I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding festivities. She had every document, detail, contract, flight schedule, phone number, email address, you name it… ready in her what I called, her “magic binder.” She built a relationship with each vendor and coordinator I booked. There are so many elements to think about when planning a wedding, and Erica alleviated so much stress for me by either taking charge or guiding me through things. All of my guests, outside vendors, travel agent, and resort staff were all on the same page. My wedding was executed exactly how I imagined it to be, and I could not have made that happen without Erica’s knowledge and assistance.

E33’s services are 100% worth the investment. I am so grateful that I was able to enjoy my guests and focus on my celebration, rather than stressing over logistics. I can’t imagine how crazy I would have gone without Erica, and for that reason alone, I recommend her for any bride.

Talk about life saving and anxiety reducing!!!

We decided to enlist the help of a wedding coordinator a few months before the wedding once we figured out how much needed to be done and how little time we had left. E33 came to our rescue and ensured that weeks before the wedding everything was taken care of. She helped us create a time line (down to the minute) so we knew what was happening every minute of our ceremony and reception. She was there for the rehearsal and ensured we knew where to walk, how to walk and where the transitions would happen. I have such high anxiety on a regular basis and with the assistance provided from E33 I felt extremely confident that everything would run smoothly. We did weekly check ins and constantly emailed which helped me to be able to relax and focus on building memories with my fiance’. 

Our wedding ran smoothly and I would catch Erica doing things behind the scenes during the reception which made me thankful I had someone there for support. If I could suggest one thing to anyone who is getting married it would be to hire E33 for your wedding coordination/planning. It is worth it!
